PAYMENT & ORDERS

What are the available modes of payment?

Private Schools & Companies : We accept Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

PCF & My First Skool : We accept Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We are also able to offer 30 days credit (Invoice).

MOE registered schools : We are a registered vendor, and can submit our e-invoices through Vendors@Gov (30 days credit).

How do I place an order?

For Schools & Companies doing upfront payment (no credit terms)
Simply add items to your cart and select payment via Bank Transfer, VISA, MASTERCARD or PayPal. Once payment is done, your orders will be prepared for either self collection or delivery.

For PCF & My First Skool that require 30 days credit terms (invoicing)
After adding the items you want to your cart, please select “Invoice (30 days credit)” under payment selection. We will email you an invoice which you can submit to your accounts department.
Concurrently, we will prepare your order for either self collection or delivery.

For MOE registered schools that require e-invoices through Vendors@Gov
After adding the items you want to your cart, please select “Invoice (30 days credit)” under payment selection. We will email you an invoice for your referrence, we will also submit the e-invoice through Vendors@Gov.
Concurrently, we will prepare your order for either self collection or delivery.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel your order after confirmation.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, invoices will be generated for all orders. And your invoice will be emailed to you.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Yes, you’ll need to register for a personal wholesale account with us to place an order.

All personal wholesale accounts will have to be linked to a school/organisation before an order can be placed.
All deliveries will be sent only to the school’s/organisation’s address. Wholesale priced orders will not be delivered to residential addresses.

Does my order qualify for wholesale pricing?

Wholesale pricing is reserved for schools or businesses/organisations.
Wholesale pricing is offered on items that are purchased in quantities of 5 or more.

Do note that our wholesale e-commerce platform (the one you are on now) automatically displays the wholesale price (to allow for the purchase of samples). All orders are vetted through and we reserve the right to cancel any non-genuine wholesale orders.

What if an item is out of stock?

Many of our items can be re-ordered. These are called back-ordered items. Lead times will vary with individual items. Upon confirmation and payment/invoicing, back-ordered items typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Our site allows back ordering of certain products that are out of stock. However, before back ordering out of stock items, please do check with us via email or phone regarding the items you want and the date you require them by. We will advise if we will be able to get the back-ordered items in time for you.

Please note that back-ordered items are generally non-exchangeable (as they are ordered specially for your organisation).

Will your costumes fit my children?

Most of our performance costumes cater to children aged between three to seven years old. However, we are continually expanding our costume range and sizes and many of our costumes now come in sizes for children aged up to twelve years old.

Please see the measurements provided on the individual products page for a gauge if the sizes available are suitable for your children.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes! The following is our general size chart.

As every design has a unique cut, we generally recommend teachers purchase sample pieces for sizing first.

For example, for a K2 class, simply order just one M size and one L size of the design you like. Try them on the children and based on those two sizes, you will know how many more Ms, Ls, and even XLs you will need for your subsequent order.

Are your prices fixed?

We price our items very competitively to ensure that you get excellent quality costumes for the lowest price possible, hence our prices are fixed regardless of quantity purchased.

Are we able to reserve items?

All of our items are sold on a first come first served basis and we do not allow reservation of items.

Do you provide alterations?

We do not provide alterations for our costumes. Most of our costumes come in various sizes that would fit most preschoolers (even the bigger sized children).

Many of our costumes are even suitable for primary school kids.

Please note that we are unable to do any exchanges for you if you have altered your costume.

Do you do tailoring or custom made costumes?

We do not tailor custom made costumes as our approach is to bring our customers quality costumes at the lowest prices possible. We do this by manufacturing our designs in bulk.

However, do feel free to contact us for any costume requirements you might have. There is a good chance that we might be able to source for it from our factories or suppliers.

Are your costumes available for rent?

No, due to hygiene reasons, all of our costumes are brand new and are only available for purchase. We do not do rentals.

This is also to help ensure that all the children look their best on their special day!

EXCHANGES

Can I return my purchase?

If your purchase is ill-fitting, you are welcome to return your item(s) in exchange for the same item in a different size. We accept exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact, within 14 days from the date of receipt.

All exchanges will have to be done in our shop here.

*The above excludes: sale items, leggings, swimwear, accessories and makeup.

Can I opt for a refund upon returning my purchase(s)?

Cash refunds are not provided for return of item(s).

SHIPPING

What are the various modes of delivery and how long will it take?

Courier: Your order will be despatched to our logistics partners within 2-3 working days.

  • The couriers typically take 1-2 business days to deliver the items.
  • For orders below $800, there is a $20 delivery charge.
  • For orders above $800, delivery is free.

Self Collection: Alternatively you may choose to self collect from our store here. Its free!

Please note that for all wholesale orders, delivery can only be made to the registered school’s/organisation’s address. Wholesale priced orders cannot be delivered to residential addresses.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! For wholesale international orders, please contact us via email for us to understand your situation better and to tailor our services to better suit you.
